Fab Abs:


This is a circuits based class, focusing on the core area. It is a high intensity class although alternatives will be provided for those with different fitness levels.



Legs, Bums & Tums


This is a circuit based class, focusing on the lower body and core areas. It is a high intensity class although alternatives will be provided for those with different fitness levels.



Circuits


This is an all over body work out using different circuit formations. It is very high intensity although alternitaves will be provided for those with different levels.



Boxercise


This class uses many boxing techniques, as well as a small amount of circuit training. It advised you bring your own wraps although these will be available for purchase. Pads and gloves will be provided although you are welcome to bring your own.

Kettlebell


This class uses the ancient art of kettlebell weights for an all over body conditioning and toning workout. Early booking is vital so as we can make sure we have the correct weights in.
